That was all he said when looking at them all. This one figure stood firm and his expression was still as cold as before.
The Splendid Goose smiled, no doubt amused and impressed.
"Heh, the Muhou Troupe certainly lives up to their name, determined to complete the mission to the last man. You certainly prepared, aside from ambushing me and taking my treasure you had a countermeasure for nearly everything", he said.
He furrowed one brow while lifting the other.
"From the tracking talismans that I had to the possibility of betrayal by your client, you were prepared for it. So tell me, what is to stop me or anyone of us from just killing you and taking it from your dead body?" he questioned.
The Muhou Troupe Leader promptly answered.
"It isn't on me but you're welcome to kill. That ring you covet so much will never be found."
Everyone raised a brow when they heard those words while the Splendid Goose roared out in laughter.
