It glowed red in response to her and that energy flowed from Blood Moon into her own body. The freezing sensation no longer bothered her. It coursed through the cultivator's body, washing over her meridians and calling her energy out by force.
A crimson aura emerged from her being before turning violet as both energies merged.
"Is this it, Xue Yue?" Ming Yue thought, looking at the vibrant color.
It was a sight that caused every soldier to stop where they were. They watched in awe and felt nothing but fear. Even then, they had a duty to carry out and surrounded her with a tightly packed formation.
Shields were up and spears were brought forward.
"Arrows!"
After a resounding cry, arrows were let loose but none of them met their mark as she vanished right before their eyes. They had just a moment to realize what had happened before she struck.
