Raven didn't bring her back to the castle for her clothes still had blood on them. Instead he brought her to the house she was given.
Only after getting the bath ready did he woke her up.
"Go on and take a bath, then you can return to sleep. I'll wake you up once the food is ready after that."

All of it made her want to vent out some frustrations. So whatever Raven said, she just followed. She went to bath then returned to sleep.
Raven watched her as she moved like a zombie entering the bathroom then minutes later she came out and still like a zombie went upstairs to her bed and went straight to sleep.
