Eureka looked at him and smiled, a smile that took both he and Yukimura by surprise. She had been smiling a lot lately but this smile is the most genuine they ever saw her had.
"See, you do have an idea after all, your highness," Eureka answered.
"So your words back when we were in the forest was referring to the future," Yukimura said this time.
"A little," she replied vaguely.
"Do you want to elaborate that?" Yukimura asked.
"Parallel worlds."
"What about it?"
"The future of the other parallel worlds, will become the future of this if we don't do something about it now."
"What happened to their future?"
"Destruction, never ending war, death, in any way you put it," Eureka replied, as if seeing the scene she was talking about once again.
"Are there other futures?" Akihiro asked this time.
"Only a few left including this era, it's future is still unwritten but if the enemies win again then there's no future for it either."
