The attending physician watched Ling Ran work with full focus. He wanted to find fault with Ling Ran's maneuvers. He was not doing so with any malicious hidden intentions, even if he were to find a fault, he most probably would not talk about it. However, that would make him feel a little better. It was just like how an old lion who was chased out of its pack would not be able to hold back its laughter when seeing a dhole stealing a large chunk of meat from the new alpha male of the pack.
The attending physician watched as Ling Ran cut open the tissues under the skin. He cut open the superficial cervical fascia and the platysma. He then cut open the anterior cervical muscle. The attending physician did not see any problems with Ling Ran's maneuvers. Ling Ran was extremely quick, and he only had to take a glance before deciding where to land the scalpel.
