Dana was observing Catherine's face across the table, they just finished eating their evening meal. "Are your cramps getting more painful?" she asked.
Catherine nodded her head. "My back is giving me pain nowadays. I think I'm gonna give birth this week," she groaned.
"Looks like you are right. I wonder if those men already had a standby midwife to help us deliver the baby. If not then I'd better make preparations," Dana said. Mentally she was already preparing, towels, knife to cut the baby's umbilical cord because there was no scissor, basin with water, some garments to wrap the infant, hmmm, what else? She will prepare those things tonight before she will go to bed.
