After fighting with Jiang Yuyan, Lu Lijun returned to Lu Mansion after he spent his time alone in his office. When he reached the living room, everyone was discussing Jiang Yuyan agreeing to get engaged with Alex. The Jiang couple was there as well to decide what to do and whether to proceed with the arrangement.
Lu Lijun had heard few things from a distance and he knew what his family was discussing- Jiang Yuyan ready to marry someone else.
Though he acted cold to Jiang Yuyan in the office and said what he didn't mean, now he felt heavy in his chest and felt suffocated. The thought of her leaving him was killing him inside. Lu Lijun was about to turn around and leave but just then Elder Lu saw him and called for him.
"You are home? Come here. We are discussing something….."
