They arrived home in the evening. After freshening up, both of them pulled out some documents to look through but the difference was that both of them stayed in the living room instead of being cooped up in their individual study rooms. While Ye Jie was on the couch with his laptop in his lap and documents scattered around. Xu Mey was on the rug on the floor with all her designs laying around.
"Hey, cherry wife?" Ye Jie suddenly thought of something again. It was like he had an inkling to talk to her again and again. He felt he never gets tired of talking to her.
"Mm…" She replied distractedly.
"We haven't opened our wedding gifts, have we?"
Xu Mey rubbed her nose and said, "No… We haven't. What do you have in mind?"
