Xi Xue and Bíng Huo were so shocked that they almost bit their tongue.
"B-big sis? Traitor? What happened in the palace?" Xi Xue broke in a cold sweat as the five guards surrounded him. Even though the people were only guards, each of them was genuine dragons!
"Ah, sorry, Xi Xue. I think his majesty is angry at you." Mian Xiang gave up out of the blue as she walked to the gate with the others.
"Good luck, Xi Xue!"
"Don't die!"
"I pray you can stand a blow from his majesty."
The other sacred beasts laughed as they leisurely entered the palace gate without Xi Xue. Even Bíng Huo was dragged by the beasts, leaving the vampire alone.
"Ah– my husband. He…" Bíng Huo panicked. She tried to approach Xi Xue, but Mian Xiang held her back.
"Don't go there. The guards will escort Xi Xue. You don't need to be involved." Mian Xiang pulled Bíng Huo and happily marched to the palace.
