Li Shi Ying was protected with the robe Long Ao Zhen wore before. Long Ao Zhen held the robe completely covering Li Shi Ying head and upper body.
The outer robe Long Ao Zhen used wasn't a normal clothes. It was waterproof. So the robe could perfectly protected Shi Ying from the rain.

Li Shi Ying wanted to escape and used her barrier but she was already in the middle of the raining area making her couldn't use the paper at all.
She then simply gave up the thought of using her talisman. It would be a waste of paper.
So....in a very close distance with Chen, Li Shi Ying walked side by side while being covered with Chen outer robe. Long Ao Zhen hold the robe to create a small roof for Li Shi Ying and he kept her close with him as to not exposing her body to the rain.
