Li Shi Ying patience had run out. When she saw that Chen was still defending his self without any intention to admit his mistake and apologize....she gave up.
That's it then. She won't talk to Chen from now on until he realized his mistake, admitted it and apologize.
She knew that she was maybe too harsh on Chen but Chen behaviour was getting more out of control.
