Actually Chen had a reason for fussing over Jiu Wei touching Li Shi Ying hair. Jiu Wei had indeed touch Li Shi Ying hair before but at that time Chen didn't see it.
In dragon culture, only a husband or the female dragon's family member could touch a female dragon's hair as their hair was actually also their scale which was something precious for a dragon.
Unfortunately Jiu Wei and Li Shi Ying didn't realize Chen's feeling at all because they simply didn't know and this made Chen even angrier.
