"Every company has a mole," PA Wen scoffed, and spoke on his phone after the call was answered, "the offer has gone up to as high as 1.9 billion for what we know, Mr. Gu. We will have to offer 2 billion to take down Xin Cheng Energy."
In other words, they were doomed to make a loss.
