Butler Ruffy went to the hospital's nursery room and was about to go back to the operating room so that no one could notice him leaving.
He was astounded when he saw Grandma Hanada on a stretcher coming out from the VIP waiting room.
He approached it to know what happened. Harumi was panicking and crying, and she was a tad relieved when she saw butler Ruffy.
The Gusman family with Inday, Tiny, and Ashley's two bodyguards were startled when they notice that Grandma Hanada was the one on the stretcher and was quickly brought in another operating room next to Ashley's. They looked at each other, speechless.
The stretcher dissipated from their sight when it was taken inside the operating room. Mr. and Mrs. Gusman approaches Harumi and Butler Ruffy with curiosity.
