General Luo's face was blank for a few seconds before nodding. He took out his phone and called a number which made Arlo to furrow his brows. The former sensed the coldness from Arlo and quickly explained.
"I don't know what is your relationship with lieutenant general. When he got to know you asked for two helicopters for a rescue mission, he asked me to let him have a talk with you."
The general had hung up the call while briefing. After few seconds a satellite call received and he passed to Arlo.
