This time, Shera was completely caught off guard, and she would have launched a kick on the culprit if she didn't recognize the familiar scent. She pushed him off of her with an intense glare.
"You look so beautiful tonight. I couldn't help it," Leo said in his defense as he scanned the length of her body. He couldn't pull his eyes off of her for a second.
"What are you doing here?" Her question pulled him out of his thoughts, and he looked at her, confused and amused.
He chuckled as he looked into her eyes. "Miss Black, what was that? Are you seriously asking me what I'm doing in my house?" He deliberately emphasized "my," letting her know just how absurd her question sounded.
"I'm obviously asking because your father is out on a business trip. Why aren't you with him, but here instead?"
