Purple stared at his face. That was the kind of answer he would give her every time he did anything out of the ordinary when she asked him about it. She did not like this mysteriousness in the least bit. It was driving her insane.
His hand snaked around her body, and she grabbed it to stop him. "Malori, I don't like this secrecy at all."
"What secrecy?" He asked as though he did not understand what she was talking about.
Seeing his reaction, she bit her lip and asked anyway. "Why do you know so many things? Who exactly told you?"
"Elena, you look so cute when you are insecure." He laughed, his hand caressing her ear. "Don't you trust me?"
Purple took in a deep breath. "You keep giving me vague answers and not answering my questions. You are the one who does not trust me."
