"What did you say?" No matter what, Leo would never imagine that she would ever take the initiative to ask him to watch movies with her.
If she was not standing right before him and waiting for his answer, he would have passed it off as an auditory hallucination from his extreme reluctance to part with her.
Shera sprung her shoulders into a shrug. "I mean, if you want to, I don't mind…" Noticing how oddly he was looking at her, she added, "You can just take it as I have too much time in my hands and don't know what to do with all of it."
He laughed at her swift way of spinning excuses. Was it so hard to admit what she wanted? A smile formed on his lips. "Okay. I happen to have too much time too so… how about we start the day after tomorrow? We can also just go back to watching every weekend."
"Since that is what you want, I will reluctantly consider it." She responded, and Leo burst into laughter.
