Leo settled in the driver's seat, fastened his seat belt, and looked at the woman in the passenger seat. "Where am I driving to?"
She shrugged, trying to find the best music channel to tune to. When she couldn't find any that interested her, she simply connected the car stereo to the Bluetooth of her phone and switched to Spotify. Soft music slowly filled the air. She then turned up the volume to one they were both comfortable with.
"Why are we still in the parking lot?" She cast him a sidelong glance when she realized that he had not made a move after roaring the engine into life.
"You oh-so-confidently asked me to follow you, so I thought you had an actual destination in mind." He reversed the car out of the parking lot with a frown, trying to figure out what to do.
