It would be a lie if Shera claimed not to panic. If there were only one or two of them, she would have single-handedly thrashed them into smithereens. If they were only five, perhaps she would have managed to fight for a while. However, there were at least twenty of them, and judging from their stance and their formation, she was no match for them.
"What do you want?" She asked when she realized that these men bore no intention to hurt her. Otherwise, she would be dead already.
"Come with us." Said the man who looked to be the leader of all the others.
She looked him up and down like she had heard the most ridiculous thing on earth. "What makes you think I would follow you just because you said so? Where did you get the guts?"
The man looked impatient. "Miss Shera, this is an order from above and I do not want to be forced to hurt you. Please don't make it difficult for both of us."
