"I'm attending this banquet as Arya Turner." Shera said to Alexa as a warning, getting into the black limo. "You better watch your tongue later."
"Why must you have so many identities? I bet not even your boyfriend will ever get used to how fast you switch names." What was supposed to be an inaudible mumbled came off as a clear statement before Alexa's mind could process it. Surprisingly, she wasn't scared of Shera's reaction after directly berating her.
The woman didn't seem angry either. She merely swept a sarcastic glance at the other. "That, coming from you, is quite ironic, don't you think, Alexa?" She deliberately emphasized on her name, reminding her that it wasn't her real name either.
Alexa waved her hand in defeat. "I have to thank Mr. Santino for that. He is the one who felt my real name wasn't good enough and insisted on changing it to the identity of someone who no longer exists."
"What's your real name?" Shera was curious.
