And the main use of martial arts points was as a vessel to store the energy of the heaven and the earth.
Only the candidates to become the Ruler can use martial arts points because they need the energy of heaven and earth to open martial arts points.
they also need to open it before breaking through to grandmaster stage or else it will be closed forever.
Ordinary martial artist can only use the energy of heaven and earth after breaking through to grandmaster stage, but at this point, it is already too late because martial arts points has to be opened before breaking through to the grandmaster stage.
This is the reason why only the candidates to be the Ruler can use martial arts points.
