I'm surprised the audience that came to watch could say these things so openly…
Even though we've made it known that our bar would be hosting this event and that entry required the purchase of a ticket, there were a lot more people than I expected coming to spectate the competition.
It's now looking more like an exhibition than a competition which I suppose was the idea since people would be able to see and compare the skills of these bartenders first hand.
