"Noah, put me down," Aria commanded but the man gave a deaf ear to her words and continued carrying her upstairs. "Noah, put me down. Everyone's here." She looked behind and averted her gaze away when she met the Carter family's teasing gazes. They were smiling at her widely without caring about her embarrassment.
Rachel especially raised her brows playfully, agitating her all the more. A faint blush crept up on Aria's cheeks and she hid her face in his chest. She was now unable to meet anyone's eyes and she did not know if she could in the future either.
"How shameless!" She mumbled loud enough for the man to hear.
Noah was stunned for a moment hearing her scold him. But he burst out laughing the next instant, irking her all the more.
