As she spoke, the tears rolled down form her cheeks and fell to the ground in front of them. Blade knew his fate was sealed with her. She was not going to believe him.
Regardless, he had to do something to prevent her suffering again. "Please refrain from visiting me in the future. And I hope your people enjoy as I perish because my blood would be on their heads."
She did not wait for his response and climbed back unto the hard prison bed, folding herself up and couching, holding her knees to her chest as she backed him, leaving him to his conscience.
After some time, Blade stood up, cast a look at her and then walked out of the dungeon leaving her alone.
If there was one thing, he was glad that she was alright and had recovered from the bruises on her body. That had soothed his aching heart but her words and decree ruined his visit and destroyed his already bleeding heart the more.
