When they had gathered all the soldiers for battle, Cullen and Owen took turns in training them. By the time it was evening, they took their first break since they began training in the middle hours of the day.
"Hey," Owen called out moving his chin upwards at Cullen.
"Hey you," Cullen replied looking lost in his own thoughts to even bother looking at his friend or even notice the former was advancing towards him.
"What's up?"
"Huh?" He still looked absent minded. He was obviously deep in his thoughts but was still trying to not look it.
"What is bothering you? I have been watching you since Lady Lorelei showed up. You have been somewhat distant and lost in thoughts."
"It's nothing. Do not mind me."
"Tell that to someone who doesn't know you."
