Zoey pursed her lips as she stretched her lips a little up upon laying her eyes on Matthew Xi. She was relieved that he didn't go home so she could apologize and explain to him later.
"You guys... how did you drag my darling into this?" Retracting her gaze from Matthew Xi, Zoey travelled her eyes to her employees who were grinning from ear to ear when they heard her inquiry.
Earlier, when Mel occupied Zoey's attention before they set out to Zoey's meeting with Manager Feng, Matthew Xi was ambushed by her employees outside Zoey's office.
