"I was not discouraging them. I was merely informing them," Jian Yiling replied calmly. She glanced at Fei Qing before she looked back at her own computer.
"Informing them? Well, you said yourself that you're technically not a part of this branch. Therefore, you should not interfere with my work and not communicate with my patients. I'm the chief physician in the surgical department. I can decide on how to carry out the surgery. Are you planning to interfere with my job?"
If Grandpa Li decided to not undergo the surgery anymore, then there would be no such thing as winning or losing this competition.
