No-one dared come later than Nicklaus, thus by the time he arrived, everyone was already in the company. Fredrick was going through some documents he would show to him when he heard some footsteps approach;
He raised his eyes and when he saw his boss, he immediately greeted, but his greeting hinged on his throat as his eyes fell on the person behind him.
Fredrick froze instantly;
Was that a woman beside his… boss?
He raised his hands and wiped his eyes immediately to be sure he wasn't seeing things.
Who is she?
He was sure it wasn't a client because he arranged the meetings himself, so who was she?
He was lost staring at both of them and he didn't hear when Nicklaus ordered him to follow him into his office.
Tiana stared at Fredrick, who had his mouth half open; she wondered if she had a stain on her face;
''Fredrick! ''
Nicklaus blared when he entered his office and realized that Fredrick wasn't following behind.
