"Come on." Kylie stopped him. "Dora is my older sister from now on, and you must be respectful of her."
"Seriously?" Lucas was astonished. "Do you forget what she has done to you? Are you insane?"
Kylie glared at him. "I'm not!" After that, she followed Ethan walking inside.
Faith wore a resigned look. "I know it's hard to understand, but it's the truth."
Lucas sighed and followed up. "Do you know what it mean? She's inviting a dangerous person to share a roof with her! She'll be regretful one day in the future." Lucas's voice wasn't loud, nor low, so Ethan heard it clearly.
He stepped ahead slower, and Kylie held his hand with a smile at once. "Please don't mind. Lucas doesn't mean it."
Ethan pulled his lips and pushed the door open, holding Kylie's hand.
Dora was wiping her eyes by the bed. Seeing Ethan coming in, she stood up, but soon sat down, feeling quite disappointed when she noticed their hands held tight together.
