Ethan tucked the quilt well for her and said with a smile, "I'll do it myself."
Seeing the man walking into the bathroom again, Kylie felt a little guilty.
However, she couldn't help him.
Kylie didn't know how long time had passed, but she felt the mattress sink when she almost fell asleep. Ethan was back on the bed.
She rolled to hug him but was pushed back the second she touched his body.
"Don't touch me, in case you're caught by a cold," he said in his husky voice.
Kylie understood he must have taken a cold shower again, but it was already late autumn now. It must be frigid.
Kylie felt so guilty that she still turned to face Ethan. Although there was still a distance between them, she was able to touch his body.
