Seoyeon felt her heart thudding faster with the way he urged her. She looked at him, recalling Lee Young's warning and remembering all of the kindness Jung Hwa did for her. She had seen the extent of what he could do today, saving her even if it means to lose his own life. "I didn't want today to happen again," she said softly and Jung Hwa stood in front of her wit a nod, hearing her word patiently, "I don't want to see you get hurt the way you did today."
"Me neither, I also don't want to see you hurt, and I rather get hurt than to see you bleeding," Jung Hwa responded in reply and she shook her head.
Seoyeon reached out her hand to caress the side of his left cheek, feeling his warmth transferring to her and she saw the way his left eye closed softly. While looking at his eyes, she replied, "I would rather get hurt if I see you wounded."
