Uncertain of what she would do with the jewels that mysteriously materialized inside her locker, Eli decided to take them to the library for now since she couldn't leave them there nor bring it with her to class.
She really can't afford getting her new obsession divulged, which is why she must steer clear of the temptations herself.
As much as she wanted to know where they came from and give them back, she sensed that there's probably a reason why they were put inside her locker specifically. Not to mention, Noah himself seems to have a hunch since he's the one who suggested to leave them at the library.
As for the reason why, Eli has no idea.
Now, she's treading the path to her destination along with Zeke. He offered to help her carry the jewels. The Student Council Vice President parted ways from them earlier since he needed to return to his post.
