In the middle of everyone's struggle to reach the conclusion of the ongoing battle, an attention-catching arrival flipped over the whole war zone all of the sudden.
The explosion even managed to knock over the colossal hourglass that appeared at the center of the ballroom. A huge hole opened up on the ground near the entrance of that place - right in front of the gates.
Completely caught off guard, everyone pulls their attention away from their respective opponents for a moment and turns to look at the scene.
"What now?" Zeke grumbled in vex and exhaustion, not really up for another last boss at the last minute.
"There's no ending to this, huh?" Allen sighed in miff.
"That villain... I knew we really should've focused on getting our hands on him," Noah muttered with a huff, a peeved scowl and glare marring his frame.
"Yeah, you're right. That way, we could've hit all birds with one stone," Wes seconded.
