Bo Xinmeng had been living in a haze for a while now. How long had it been since he made that foolish deal, and got tangled with Yu Xinen's schemes?
Time passed without his knowledge or understanding. His mind was cloudy and his body was synonymous with pain. Bo Xinmeng couldn't tell if perhaps his mind was numb to it all or perhaps he was accustomed to suffering that he couldn't even take note of it anymore.
A strange voice whispered to him through the darkness.
"Live," it said.
And Bo Xinmeng would try to flex his fingers, only to hear the sound of chains. He'd been a complete idiot to lose his debugger to the demon queen and he was all but left helpless.
If it wasn't for the fact that he had 99'd his Main Quest, Bo Xinmeng would have truly no more reason to live.
