The Eternal Celestial Cradle Palace was the centerpiece of the Heavenly Capital. There was no other place as densely populated. But even then, normally speaking it did not house that many deities within its lavished residents and unworldly towers.
Most deities had their respective realms to oversee and many preferred privacy and peace. It was such that even the Heavenly Capital usually saw quieted streets with humble inhabitants that did not like stirring up too much commotion.
Of course, when it was time for festivities, the Eternal Celestial Cradle Palace was transformed. Gone were the humble streets and the quiet citizens that spoke in whispers. The streets were lined with flags and song. There were pleasant aromas that wafted through the air as generous deities shared their food and treasures with each other. The roads were alive with chatter and gossip that spanned the most recent events that happened in the century.
