Back in the kingdom of Alavast the grand pope was not happy with the current developments. He called a meeting with his military leaders to discuss the strategy going forward.
"Why haven't you worthless fools wiped out the demons yet?!" Oliver yelled. "The church has supplied you with holy weapons capable of smiting those beasts, and yet they still exist the Goddess has told me so!"
"But sir the dragons, they wiped out all of the demons, are you sure you are hearing the goddess correctly." One of the military leaders said.
"Yes, I know the reports said that the demons were wiped out by the dragon attack, but the Goddess would not lie. Those beasts still live!" Oliver slammed his fists onto the table. "We need to regroup and head back out there! They escaped the dragons somehow, and I intend to find them, and wipe them off the face of the world. They are the largest and most dangerous threat to the peace of our kingdom."
