Before entering the Café Library, Ava used her powers to alter their physical appearances so they could easily enter and eavesdrop on Arlo and Angeal.
Since Angeal could easily detect the aura that these immortal beings possess, Levin had used his power to suppress it so that Angeal would not suspect a thing.
"Hmm..."
Levin narrowed his eyes at Ava as the girl tied her brunette hair, the one she chose to disguise her black hair as she changed her eye color to green as well.
"Why'd you turn me blonde and why are my eyes brown?" he asked, making Ava roll her eyes at him.
"Don't complain. You brought me here to help you," she said, Levin no longer saying a word as the two entered the Café Library.
From the entrance, they saw Arlo and Angeal already seated at their usual table, talking to each other.
"Oh, welcome!"
Levin and Ava snapped out of their thoughts when the waitress welcomed them.
