With the decision that came, Luke scoffed, unhappy with the new addition to the manor. He complained about how there'd be more expenses to feed him, but he never said anything else about sending him away. He knew that the tiger was necessary for my growth, and he was willing to suppress his dislike for the tiger for my sake.

Is it in their nature to dislike other predators, such as the tiger? Or is it just because he doesn't like how the tiger is sticking so close to me? Either way, he should at least try to hide his distaste, though the tiger didn't seem to mind, or care at all.

"I don't need you to feed me," the tiger glared at Luke, growling a little to reciprocate his dislike. "I only need my master to feed me," he said as his fire died down—so as to mine—walking closer to put his head under my palm. He wiggled left and right, asking me to pat his head. While Luke found him irritating, I found him adorable. He's just like a little baby.
