Maya's POV
I suddenly felt worried about why I found the entire house looks so dark from a distance, and I wonder what is going on. I was thinking maybe there is power interruption that happened while I was traveling from the Monleon hacienda in going to Hernandez mansion. Still, as I look around the whole place, I can see that there are lights on the street lights around the area, and only the mansion is covered in darkness. I picked up my phone and dialed my mom's number, and I feel frustrated that it keeps on ringing, but she did not answer my call until I reach the parking lot. I slowly got out of my car and gently closed the door.
