Benedict's POV
"Where is your sister, John?" I asked Lisa's brother in a stern voice after he sat across from me on the table on our front porch, and it took a lot of my self-control not to shout at him.
"Ben, I know this is hard for you, but I am asking you to give her some time. I know she will come back to you." He said.
"Don't give me some bullshit answer, John. You know how much I love your sister, and I am willing to do everything for her. If she doesn't love me anymore, she can say it to my face, and I will understand no matter how painful it could be." I replied.
"Do you think my sister fell out of love with you? That is the opposite, Benedict. She ran away from you because she loves you so much." He said, and I laughed.
