"Where is Lisa, Kuya Ben?" Maya asked the moment she came back from the Monleon hacienda, and she found me on the terrace of our mansion.
"John came since their mom was asking for Lisa's presence," I responded, and my sister suddenly embraced me, and her gesture took me off-guard, and I heard her sobbing.
"Hey, are you okay, Maya?" I asked as I caressed her back, and she was shaking her head while she looked up at me.
"I don't want Lisa to die, Kuya Ben." She said, and I could tell right away that Lisa had already told my sister about her sickness, and I felt my throat dry, and I was lost for words, and it took a long moment before I could answer my sister.
