Derrick Lanzo is at one of the city shipping port waiting for a drug consignment. They were expecting over 8,000 kilograms of cocaine through their Puerto-Rico-based drug alliance. The shipments often occurred as frequently as once per month, with such shipments containing 150 to 180 kilograms of cocaine. Their organization would then parcel out the shipments to smaller drug enterprises.
Some of the cocaine they will receive today, will be distributed out to different cities and town around the country. To ensure their drug business flourished, Marcus brokered violence and even used corrupt law enforcement officials to do some of the distributions.
