Isabella stared down at Jessie furiously. Eyes teared up at her action but she had no sort of remorse plastered on her face. For the first time, Isabella spoke in a voice of iciness,
" What did you promise to me?"
Jessie's face was snapped aside since the impact had caused her cheeks to burn. Her pale lips trembled together. Even though Isabella had slapped her just now, she had no anger on her face.
