Following that night, it was darkening around the sky without dark clouds on surface, something that didn't happen in years. But the creatures living on Basarisk had no idea about the danger that might come tonight. They were too occupied with their daily activities and didn't glance on the sky over their heads.
Ayra had just chatted with the guard from entrance who was in charge of taking care of her pups which were sent away by Cedric few days. She wanted to ensure that they were raising safe out there. Just when she passed the staff quarter, laughter of those newly batch maids travelled into her ears. One of them scowled sarcastically,
"' Have you heard something? His highness is staying outdoor tonight."
Another maid joined curling her lips upward into a smirk to huff at the other girls arrogantly,
" Hmph! So what if Lady chased away the maids from palace? He is a king and can get anyone that he wishes out there. Who will stop him?"
