Near the end of evening, a carriage was pulled over in front of the castle of Davina. It was long journey ahead and when Jessie landed her footstep on the ground, it was already dark outside. Except her two personal guards, there was none to welcome her in the castle. Jessie was expecting it already.
How could she attain respect from her ex's castle?
Jessie looked over and finding no one else to welcome them, she started walking on her own to pass the main entrance. A butler appeared on the doorway as soon as she walked inside with her head high like a proud woman. The butler was courteous to her, speaking very respectfully,
" Princess Jessie! It's such an honor for us! Please follow this way!"
" Where is Prince Shanz?", Jessie blurted without having any hostility in her tone. She wanted to finish this trial as early as possible. Staying with him could emotionally break her again.
The butler kept his head bowing when opened his mouth to answer her,
