Cedric could care less about everything around him. After he spotted Ayra, bathed in blood, his attention from Hayden was diverted. He let go of his hold, rushed forward to take Ayra in his arms. Giving out a wicked smirk, Hayden fled from there, groaning in pain from his slashed skin.
Cedric's mouth agaped in disbelief, staring at the flow of blood, spilling out from Ayra's abdomen. He cried out, cupping her cheeks that began to turn paler,
" Ayra.. Princess..."
His raged eyes flared up to find Hayden who was long gone. Promising that he would do everything to avenge his wife, Cedric left in a hurry after noticing Debisa's state behind who was hurt too. Cedric teleported himself to Dixon Palace fast, carrying Ayra in his bare arms.
