Meanwhile in Elizabeth's room, a tense atmosphere was airing as Arthur waited for her response. She didn't seem in panic and let out a helpless sigh. She knew that like the other times, Alexander was going to leave her alone to hide his feelings in front of Arthur. So, she waited for Alexander to make his own decision.
No one talked and Elizabeth said with a light snort,
" Just go if you want to. I don't need your healing powers."
Alexander cocked his head to look at her intensely. She had already turned around to climb on the bed but a pair of strong arms grabbed onto her from behind. Alexander responded with a determined voice,
" I am not going anywhere without healing you. Let him wait there. I don't care if he finds us or not. Your recovery is the most important thing now."
