Alexa lowered her head languidly, leaning her head on the table where there were empty bottles and glasses still filled with drinks. Gea, who had just been invited by a friend to join in the dance when the DJ music was so loud echoing in the crowded club, looked surprised when she found Alexa was drunk.
"Alexa!"
Gea straightened Alexa's sitting position. "We'd better go home. Show me the address of the apartment or rental where you live," she exclaimed.
Alexa smiled and nodded her head again and rested on the table. "I don't want to go home..renters will curse and ask for rent," she said, a little unclear but still understandable.
"Well then you just sleep in my apartment, coincidentally my boyfriend won't come tonight," said Gea then held Alexa's right arm. "Now let's get out of here."
"Carry me!"
"Hah, don't be crazy! I can't carry you, Alexa." Gea groaned at her friend who instead used her shoulder as support. "Oh my God. Why is she so desperate to drink when she gets drunk easily. I shouldn't have ordered a lot of red wine for her."
With difficulty, Gea walked while supporting Alexa who was shorter than her. That meant she had to bend down slightly to put her friend's right arm around her neck. She also had trouble because had to carry her bag as well as that of her friend.
until arriving at the door, Gea accidentally bumped into a club visitor who was cool to dance until she finally fell along with Alexa.
"Ouch... Damn it!" cursed Gea who fell on Alexa.
instead of getting emotional from being hit by her friend, Alexa leaned her head on the floor with her eyes closed. "Are we home... Ah is this your apartment? But why are the pillows so hard?"
Gea patted Alexa's thigh. "Heh, we're still in the club. get up quickly because we have to leave soon," she cried almost in frustration.
"I'll just sleep here," Alexa said with her eyes closed. she was completely dizzy and no longer had any sense of where she was, not caring about the noisy room and smelling of alcohol and cigarettes everywhere, and didn't care about lying on the floor with her dress slightly parted revealing her smooth thighs.
Gea looked around where many men were dancing with their partners, some were glancing at her wildly. She looked back at Alexa who was sleeping on the floor. "Alexa, let's get out of here or we're going to be attacked by that jerk man!"
Alexa opened her eyes and glanced around. "Oh, we're still at the club?"
"Yeah. Let's get up quickly and we'll go back to my apartment," said Gea, pulling Alexa's arm again, trying to get back up.
With staggered steps, Alexa walked back under Gea's support until she passed the terrace steps to the courtyard which consisted of five steps. Alexa suddenly fell because her feet, which were wearing high heels, were not standing properly. they fell again until a man who was about to enter the club came to help them.
"What is wrong with her?" asked the man crouching down to stare at Alexa who had fainted. He was Melvin who happened to often spend time with his friends at the club.
"She's greatly drunk," said Gea with an uncomfortable look. "Could you help me to take us back to the apartment?"
"Take you guys?" Melvin frowned.
"Yes. I want to ask my boyfriend to pick me up but tonight he has promised to spend the night with his wife. So, I can't call him to pick me up," explained Gea.
"Your boyfriend has a wife?" Melvin looked at Gea in surprise.
Instantly Gea covered her mouth. 'Oh my God, I missed it.' She thought then looked back at Alexa who had fainted. "If you can't take us, it's okay but wait a minute. I'll call a taxi and you help carry her to the taxi later."
Gea got up and rushed to the side of the road waiting for a taxi to pass.
Melvin looked at Alexa who looked disheveled and had not yet realized. He turned to glance at his watch which showed the time was 9:20 pm. "It won't be easy to get a taxi at this hour. I'd better take them," he said.
Without hesitation, Melvin immediately carried Alexa's which looked tiny to him. Of course, because Melvin is 183cm tall with a dashing body, while Alexa is only 160cm and is very slim as if she only weighs around 47kg.
"Hey, get in my car. I'll take you two!" Melvin exclaimed as he walked carrying Alexa bridal style to his black sports car.
Gea rushed over to Melvin and got into the car. She sat in the seat next to the steering wheel after successfully helping Melvin lay Alexa down in the back seat.
"What is the address of your house or ... apartment?" Melvin asked without turning to look at Gea.
"Green Gem Region," Gea replied then turned to look at Alexa behind her. "She's not used to drinking but pretended to drink until she almost finished two bottles. It ended up being a hassle."
Melvin just didn't respond to Gea who chatted annoyed at Alexa. He focused on driving until a few minutes had passed.
Dress... Drettt
Melvin immediately pressed the earphone button which was always connected to his smartphone while in the car. He immediately connected to the person who called him.
"Hello," said Melvin while focusing on driving.
"I was already at the club but you weren't there. Where exactly are you?" someone asked over the phone.
"I'm dropping someone off..I'll be there soon," said Melvin then pressed the earphone button and the phone connection was disconnected.
"Sorry, because of my friend, you are in trouble," said Gea with an uncomfortable look. She glanced at Melvin who looked so cold and indifferent.
"It's nothing..I have a sister. If she's in trouble, I feel uneasy. And that's how I felt when I saw you guys struggling," said Melvin without turning his head.
"Em anyway. My name is Gea," said Gea, holding out her hand.
"I'm Melvin," said Melvin without taking Gea's hand.
Gea exhaled harshly in disappointment at Melvin's arrogance. 'Nice but arrogant,' she thought.
until a few minutes later, Melvin finally stopped his car right in the main yard of a skyscraper which was dominated by brownish white color with orange lighting. he immediately got off and opened the passenger seat door, then carried Alexa who was fast asleep.
"Do you mind if you walk her up to the room?" Gea asked.
"If I don't want to take her, could you possibly carry her?" Melvin even asked back.
"I'll splash her with water to wake her up. Because I won't be able to carry her," Gea replied.
Melvin smiled faintly, glancing at Gea who was so annoyed at Alexa. "Then I'll take her to the room."
"Come with me," said Gea then walked towards the main door of the apartment. She walked followed by Melvin who carried Alexa through the corridors until arrived at the elevator and immediately entered pressing the button to the ninth floor.
until a few seconds passed, Melvin finally arrived at Gea's room which looked quite luxurious with shades of pink. He immediately lay down Alexa's body on a king-size bed which was covered with pink bed linen with a blossom motif.
"Hey... am I dreaming? why am I with a prince?" Alexa blurted out again when her eyes opened and saw Melvin so close to him, above her looking so handsome. She grabbed Melvin's hand so he wouldn't leave.
"Gosh. Alexa is so embarrassing!" Gea slapped her forehead. "Melvin, I'm sorry. this is the first time she was drunk and turned out to be very ..."
"It's okay ... I understand. Now I have to go back to the club," said Melvin releasing Alexa's hand.
"Heyy... My prince.. don't go!" Alexa is distracted again when Melvin is about to leave.
Melvin shook his head with a faint smile glancing at Alexa who looked cute and strange when drunk. He also remembered that his friend at the club had been waiting for him, so he decided to leave the apartment immediately.
Gea immediately enveloped Alexa's body which slowly fell back asleep after meeting the prince delirious. 'He was very handsome as a prince. But his demeanor was very flat. He's not my type,' she thought
