The following morning, I woke up earlier than usual and made breakfast for my brother and me. My big brother joined me later on in the dining room and we had breakfast together. When we finished eating breakfast, I said something rather sudden to my brother as we were about to leave for work.
" Big brother, can you go on ahead of me?" I said suddenly and my big brother stared at me with questioning eyes.
" Do you have something to do?" My big brother asked me with an assertive gaze.
" Yes! I was planning to go see Li Wei first before heading to work. I miss him". I spoke up to my big brother in an assertive tone.
" Okay!" Ying Jie grinned at my response.
" Thanks for understanding!" I grinned back at him.
" I'll accompany you to the imperial palace". Ying Jie said with a smile.
" You don't have to! I can go by myself". I said with a smile.
